I’m so frustrated with Oriental Bank. First, you can’t get anyone on the phone. Second, they quit sending me my mortgage statements and after 7 hours worth of phone calls, still no statements after 5 months!! And the worst? I discotheque didn’t pay my real estate taxes in 2011 and no one can help me. They keep saying they will investigate but that was months ago. What they are doing is ILLEGAL!!
There is no reason to have a phone number for this bank because they literally have no care in the world to actually answer it. Lazy. Really poor service, this is as bad as it gets.
Phone is useless. That did not improve with the switch from Scotia.
