The worst telephone service in all banking. I hope you don't have the bad luck that a Miss Celina attends her

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have been a client of this bank for years and have had bad experiences over and over with them. They have a bad after sales service, I decided to buy my house through this bank and after signing I had several different problems. To acquire a new debit card they forgot to print it, when I claimed after several days they printed it and sent it to another department instead of sending it to a branch in Montevideo, which generated more waiting days. In the middle of the pandemic, they told me that I could withdraw money in person at any branch whenever I wanted, while all the media requested confinement. Unfortunately I collect my salary from this bank. I also had problems with my credit card, it expired and normally other banks send you one before it expires or at least they let you know. They did not notify me and when I requested a new one they told me that regional they no longer do more, but they can give me international with a higher cost in dollars than other banks. So I decided not to renew and apply for it at another bank. I also highlight bad phone experiences, long waits, and unanswered emails for weeks. The change of executive without being notified, the executive license and that nobody in the call center knows about it by calling and making you wait for someone who is not working. They are also not interested in the feedback that customers give by this means or by the claims on the bank's page, since I see that they do not respond to these ratings or even to apologize to their users. It was really a bad decision to buy my house through this bank, now we have to endure 17 more years to finish.

I collect my salary from this bank unfortunately and it is the worst experience I have ever had! It cannot be that they complicate your life with a token and then force you to download an application, which is bad, to see your deposits! It is exasperating !!! Simplify people's lives don't make it more stressful! The worst bank! I would never choose it !!!
