Great hotel. Clean upon entry and quiet. I loved being able to use my phone to open doors.
My only complaint is that after 2 days, I asked maintenance if they would clean my room and provide fresh towels. They gave me towels, but told me that I needed to request cleaning 24 hours in advance. So if you use the App to check in/check out and unlock doors, be aware of this policy. You should be able to request cleaning at anytime.
Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
We checked in very late and were greeted by very kind staff members. They were pet friendly which is why we chose them. King suite was excellent - extremely nice linens and furniture. Good kitchen setup and a nicely sized room. The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming but doesn't affect the rating or enjoyment. Large outdoor cabana area with Foosball and ping pong tables. Large TV mounted by the outdoor seating near the pool which was very nicely landscaped. Would stay again!
Honestly had no problems with me and my family staying here. Kevin at the front desk was more than helpful on many occasions and was always very pleasant. The pool area was nice, with one heated, one not and one hot tub. Yes, there are cats that live on the property but they are not bothersome, in fact most of the time they would just be in a back corner of the parking lot laying around. The suite we got accommodated 4 of us and a full size husky with no problems. I would stay here again.
