I was attended by Nicholas and Karen, they are very friendly and excellent professionals. Clean hotel with folding towels to please guests. Note 10 in cleanliness, friendly staff. I know it's in the works and I'm sure it's only going to get better. Whenever I go to the USA I will stay with my family in this hotel. congratulations team!!
I am from Colorado and stayed at this hotel for a funeral I attended in the area. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The guy that checked me in, his name was Zack and he provided exceptional service. I stayed Friday-Tuesday and answered any questions I had, he was very polite and did what he could to make sure my stay was exceptional. The rooms were clean, the AC was amazing, and the restaurant was pretty good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely stay here in the future.
Zach at the front desk was phenomenal. The rest of the place is a bit to be desired. Definitely dated and needs a full renovation. But tolerable in a bind.
