The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by Matheu W. He maintained an extremely professional, upbeat and positive attitude in everything he did. To say he was very helpful is an understatement. He definitely knew his job, the facility and the benefits it provided. His demeanor and job knowledge made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. The entire facility and room were very clean and neat. The only issues were minor a burned out light bulb in the room and a trash can on the outside over flowing both were promptly remedied. The breakfast bar had to be one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Joyce B. kept it immaculate and well stocked with fresh items. Joyce was so willing to jump in and assist me with the hot waffle maker. I feel all of these different areas of normal concern are what made staying at this Hampton Inn so reassuring that I would have a comfortable place to come back too. My trip itself was stressful enough due to caring for an ailing parent. There has to be an experienced Management Team leading by example and encouraging this well oiled kind of operation. Nice, clean and comfortable. Front desk employee Matt was awesome. We couldn't find a luggage cart and he offered to carry our bags up. He was always smiling and said welcome every time we came through the door. Thanks for a great stay!
