We went October 2021. I loved the place , the hotel is located in the center of the city which one can go around by walking whatever time of the day . We went at the 360 degrees sky deck during daytime and The Bean during night time. Also, we enjoyed our time in the river walk at night. The city is so alive , music, lights and sounds of a busy Chicago! Food were amazing . We tried any new resto that we see along whilst walking . Everything is so convenient from the location . Parking is free tho it’s located a little walking distance from the hotel . There is free good hot breakfast too which is a plus. The room is nice and clean. 📸Chicago at night by yours truly

The best part of the stay-in was Ismeta! The lady from the the breakfast area! The most loving and cheerful person there! She really made you feel welcome and at home! They have a nice breakfast 👏🏾 the bedrooms where good! I’m not given them 5stars because the mattress was very sunken!

Best service ever! Staff is amazing, super helpful and great attitude.. rooms are not fancy but they are clean & comfortable. The location is fabulous
