Due to a missed flight, our family of 6 and at least 20 other stranded travelers descended on the front desk clerk at 1:00 am. She was efficient and patient. Our rooms were clean and welcoming with comfy beds. Breakfast was abundant and yummy and served by friendly staff. The facility might be a tad dated, but cleanliness and kind, hard working people mean the most to us, which is why I give it 5 stars.

Not an easy airport overnight Was given airline vouchers and choice of hotel. Called hotel and was told shuttle was there. Shuttle never showed up. I was called hotel again and got different representative. Told shuttle was cancelled due to weather. Took over an hour to get a taxi. Hotel room dated and not many accessible outlets for electronics. Vouchers turned out to be difficult to use at hotel.

This Double Tree was conveniently located to area shopping and provide airport shuttle service. The room was nice and the breakfast bar was outstanding. The staffs was extremely nice and helpful. The only disappointment we had was not being able to use the hotel business center because none of the computers were working.
