Ruben the manager was very accommodating and helpful when we were filling out the application and looking at the units. Would def recommend this community, clean and safe. Apartments look updated also!

I love everything about my apartment. I get so many compliments of how beautiful my apartment is when my family and friends come to visit. I just renewed my lease. I don't have any issues or concerns with residing at The Trestles. I like that The Trestles is my Home. Krhonda Perry

Living at theTrestles Apartment for a year was far worse then any other places I’ve been. Management Ruben who is hardly there and Katie that has no idea what she’s doing half the time! Just beware when you move out! Unfortunately when I moved out my carpet was damaged by my daughter pet dog who stayed with me before I moved out. I new that I would have to pay for replacement. My invoice arrived by email 2 days after I left an there was a charge for new carpet which I was prepared for,, but what was invalid was charging me $300 for a unauthorized pet! And that I had to pay in full within 24 hrs!!! I’ve been a tenant who has kept to myself, paid my rent every month on time. This is how management treats their tenants! And if you can’t pay within that time frame they will send you to COLLECTIONS! I’m a 65 year old women on Social Security an they couldn’t wait till FEB 1st for my payment! Does this sound like Ruben an Katie would understand! Nope! Heartless Property managers! I gave 1 star because I had to. Beware when you move out!
