Love Dr Rana very good and professional. Had cataract surgery did a great job. Also time saw Dr Karli as they fit me in for same day appointment. She is also very good. The fact that the surgery center is next door to the Port St Lucie office is was very convenient for me as I live close by

First time coming here, the doctor was great but the front office service was terrible. While filling all the paperwork, I noticed that one of the forms said that they matched 1800 contacts prices so when it was my turn to purchase glasses I told the person in charge of selling you glasses/contacts about they matching prices, to start she didn’t even know about this, so she had to run out back and ask if what I was saying was true. 5 minutes later she returned and confirmed that what I was saying was correct and that they would match 1800 contacts prices, so I tried to purchase 180 days worth of contacts with my insurance allowance and pay the difference out of my pocket since my allowance did not cover 180 days worth of contacts, that’s when she told me that for them to match 1800 contacts price I would have to pay the whole thing out of pocket and that I couldn’t use my allowance. I’m very disappointed with this place. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The office looks old and outdated as well.

It was my first time with Dr. Karli and the staff at St. Lucie Cataract Center. What a wonderful experience. Doctor is amazing, thorough, very gentle and kind. Every member of staff that helped me was superior, so very good at all they do. It's such a relaxed environment there, while also being extremely professional and proficient. I'm so happy I went there. Years ago, Dr. Langley was my doctor. I always appreciated his wonderful manner of putting me at ease as he took care of me with the utmost of professionalism. I look forward to my next appointment!
