We had a blast. Campsites were clean. Lots to do. Halloween celebration was so much fun. Employees were really nice. The only things I did not care for is highway noise and the fact check out is at 11 am. That is a little to early. Most we have stayed at check out is 2 pm enough time to eat and pack.

This is a nice campground! There are lots of things to do on your own and the park plans activities as well. Some are free some a small charge. The pool accommodated a lot of people. My one complaint is our spot had a tent site right behind us. When I say right behind us I mean about 3 feet. We could hear their conversations and some were not so pleasant. They weren't yelling, but talking very loud. I go camping to unwind and relax, not listen to other peoples issues. The map didn't show this clearly when we made our reservation. Be sure when you reserve to check on what's around you or ask when making reservations if you call or specify if making on line. The staff was friendly and helpful our entire stay. We will stay again, but investigate more thoroughly when we make our reservation.

PROS: Friendly staff (Kris & Debby). Clean facilities. Family activities. Dog park. Lush landscaping. Multiple accommodations; RV, Camper, Cottage & Tent camping style options. CONS: “designed by a drunken sailor” - staff members. Tight corners for big rigs. TIPS: Best to arrive in daylight or may prove difficult to navigate.
