Staff was very great! Shout out Keisha at the pool bar for excellent drinks and great advice. Food was good. Beach was excellent only thing is that it seemed a little understaffed at times. Loved the beach. We traveled to the sister resort as well, Blue Haven. It was quite and was very excellent. You will have go get your own drinks a majority of the time as the staff was to thin for this option. Overall an excellent experience.

Cant wait to go back! We stayed at the Alexandra for 6 nights in November and had THE BEST time! Our deluxe 2 bedroom ocean front suite was huge, and amazing. We started each morning looking at the beautiful water and ended each evening with drinks on our massive balcony. The food was great too, the breakfast buffet had tons of options, lunch and dinner had different locations to choose from. The entertainment staff worked endlessly to keep us dancing and singing. I will def. go back with my family.

Went there for our honeymoon. Arrived Saturday after dark and had to walk down a service road with the bellman carrying my own suitcases while he carried my wife's to our suite. He said the golf cart was broken there were shuttle vans there but the resort did not use them. We reported to front desk that both our bathroom sinks were clogging on Sunday morning and running very slow but the hotel never serviced them By the end of the week one of them would not even drain anymore there was also mold on the bottom of the vanity in the bathroom photos attached. The staff at the restaurants did their best but the hostesses were rude which was a pervasive attitude at each restaurant at Alexandra and the Fire and Ice at Blue Haven. More than once the hostess treated us like they were doing us a favor rather than us being paid guest of the hotel. Most of the time I found the vegetables with my meal were cold and the salad was warm. Lunch at the beach was very repetitive with the lunch menu of sandwiches and pizza. Cheese pizza is great if I'm 9 years old but I would be looking for something better at an exclusive all-inclusive resort. The beach was not very well groomed or clean at the Alexandra though at their sister resort, The Blue Haven, the beach was very nicely groomed every day by a groundskeeper. There are stationary floating rings down at the beach for swimmers to use and the ones at Alexandra were filthy with the inside netting completely ripped out of one of them and hanging. The staff at the beach spent more time talking to the guys selling parasail rides then they did waiting on hotel guests. Food choices were very limited one of the restaurants was open each night and sometimes the buffet was open but not every night. For an all-inclusive I would have expected more. They served cheap California wine Cabernet and a Chardonnay, that's it. Both were typically well above the recommended serving temperature, in fact the Cabernet was usually hot like room temperature and it's 75 to 80° there. The resort itself seemed to be run down and it didn't look like much maintenance was done with peeling, fading paint, windows in disrepair, bird nests that should be removed, and tiles falling off of the pool bar. Landscapers thought it was a good idea to mow the grass at 7:00 a.m. I know at home I wait until at least 8:00 before I start my lawn mower. All guests were supposed to get a welcoming tour and also a welcome gift, but we received neither and when we requested the welcome gift we were told they ran out two weeks ago by agent at the front desk though I saw other guests had received them the week we were there. Other guests also mentioned they received them. Our room was nice but little things like only one of the two lamps in the bedroom worked and the AC not controlling at the program temperature making the room very cold at night we're irritating. Though I like Turks and Caicos I will never stay at this resort again and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management is invisible and was not checking on guests or following up on issues.
