Have been working with Nedbank SME banking division for over 10 years now. The service is amazing. They make an effort to know their client businesses and thus not only able to give advice financially but are informed enough to give operational input. The SME team is super efficient, follow through, feedback, clarity. Mr Dlamini who manages the SME team knows his clients and our banker Ms Dlamini is awesome, they both have years of experience. The Corporate Place Branch in Mbabane for daily transactions is good and the very friendly and professional manager very efficient with matters escalated to her. The customer service is my reason for rating them my best bank. It’s not about the money for them, it is about their clients business and how the money affects that. The other banks may have competitive advantage when it comes to international transactions. Which is not an issue if your business deals mainly in national transactions. While Nedbank has full capabilities for international transactions the challenge is the speed in reflection of the funds. But the support and customer service in tracing funds makes the understandable delay bearable.
