This no frills hotel fit the bill for the price point. It was clean and located on a quiet block. I was on the second floor and was able to get great sleep. The staff were very attentive and made me coffee anytime I needed and held my bags. I over slept and they were patient with me when I was very late to check out. This place had a solid gym I didn’t use but it all seemed to be decently updated and clean. Nice rooftop. Solid hotel.

I had a very productive and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place when traveling solo or with family Positives - 1. Staff is super nice , kind , and very helpful 2. The maintenance of the hotel is very good. It is clean and compliant with all the pandemic protocols 3. Location of the property. It is close to the touristy part of San Juan and also to the airport with no issues with regards to connectivity to the various attractions in and around San Juan Negatives - Water and coffee are not complimentary and have to purchased from a vending machine

Had $600 cash in my suitcase that suddenly went missing. I didn’t cause anyone but simply asked front desk to look at cameras. I told her I wanted to call the cops she said wait until the manager comes. It took the manager an entire day and me having to go down twice for her to get back to me. The manager was not receptive or friendly at all. Instead, she asked why I didn’t just use the safe. She got into a verbal argument with us while I had my baby in my hands. They clearly have experience with this. I asked why she didn’t reach out sooner she said her shift didn’t start until 5. That just proved that we weren’t of importance or priority. When we walked away she started talking rudely about us in Spanish to her staff, I guess she didn’t know we also spoke Spanish.
