I was just transfered to this hospital today from Caguas for surgery, everything was great until i got the recovery ward... It is disorganized, 2 of the nurses kept chatting loudly and cuzzing through out the whole night... I find it highly disrespectful and thoughtless that in an area where patients are suppose to rest and recover have to endure this type of unproffesionalism especially when during my stay it was mostly elderly patients in the ward. Grade F

Avoid this hospital at all costs! My mother went Saturday to the ER for a gallbladder attack and it took them 3 days to do diagnostics test ( MRI) and 4 days to operate on her. After the operation the DR. Was nowhere to be seen. One of his colleagues went to check on my mom and we couldn’t give her any answers, he didn’t even know what type of operation they did on her, he couldn’t say if she needed to be on a strict diet or what kind of limitations she needed to have. He told her that she needed to make an appointment with the DR that operated on her in order to discuss what he did to her and the results of her surgery! What kind of dr. Does this??? I’m baffled! Also, the hospital is completely run down. The beds have rust on them, the TVs don’t work, the windows are completely dirty. This hospital feels like a hospital from a third world country. Avoided at all cost. They let people die here with their lack of patient care.

A bit crowed but a good hospital
