No one ever answers the phone. I've tried more than ten times. I've also tried on different days (giving them the chance on maybe being busy that day). No one ever answers. I've stopped trying. The management understands this issue as its been pointed out several times; they need to get more/better receptionists.

Went there today as it seems they took extra money from my father So when approached them they were nice till the case started Even in system they admit it but refused to pay back to my father the extra money as they have to wait for the person who opened This is not the first time my father told me They have a trend to make mistakes with old people and they don't pay them back so be careful from them They have a trend to be nice but to steel They also have trend that if a worker tell something the other will not follow in fact they throw issues on each other so the customer get lost Be aware of them Not recommended

Good Service. One of the best hospital in Oman. Staffs are very helpful and responsible
