Very slow, the most ridiculous transaction you sit for hours, and if you want to receive your card there is nothing but one branch in order to receive it and to Huh Al Khuwair !! I mean, every person wants to renew his card or get a new card to go to Al Khuwair branch !!!!! God bless Bank Muscat
