On Saturday night, April 2, my grandson hit his head, his dr. I request X-rays, we spoke to the Mig and we requested the service, they answered that they did have the X-ray service, but upon arrival, it turned out that they did not find the radiologist anywhere, not shouting at him, nor talking to his cell phone, they made us lose more than an hour, nothing to do with the excellent emergency service
If you have an emergency, this is NOT the hospital you need, lousy care, unfriendly receptionists, make an appointment to see an internist because my mom requires an emergency operation and it turns out that they send you from one tower to another, you ask them to They guide you and their literal response is "we just write down who comes in", I totally missed my appointment with the internist.
Too bad that being health services they do not take the patient seriously is exactly like going to any clinic of the public health service or worse!!!
We asked for an invoice and they did not send it, apart from elitists, nothing recommended, nor does it deserve a star
