Worst customer service ever. Slow and unorganised pretty much nightmate to deal with.
Terrible, terrible, terrible service
I was dreading my visit after all the negative reviews. I went to get a new code generator and a year's worth of printed statements. I can't praise the staff & service enough. I went at a busy time - 11am - and was seen within 10 minutes. They were uber careful about Covid-19 - even desanitising furniture after customer use. The person who served me was great - professional, quick and friendly. Well done HSBC!
