Really not sure what's going on here. Very very poor guest relations. Asked multiple questions about my stay (after relocation) and no one seems to be willing to answer them. Or I get wrong information. Asked for a call back which is being completely ignored. And when I do receive a reply to my email it answers 1 out of 3 questions and then says 'let us know if you need anything else'...

I'm not going to lie, the rooms are very average, the decor, style, size etc isn't great. However, the gent we delt with on arrival was exemplary. His name is Sam. His hospitality was flawless. We were fortunate enough to have him on reception on our return to the room. In our time in Leeds, my car war broken into, we weren't impressed with the room itself, and the hotel was very basic. However, I still feel the need to give 5 stars because Sam was so accommodating. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves, as he takes his job very seriously. The hotel really needs to sort out the drainage system. Our room smelled of sewage. Had it not been for Sam, we wouldn't have stayed. The hotel isn't good enough for the member of staff we experienced.

Most definitely cannot complain about this venue.
Clean smart and with all you would need for the price. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Great peaceful location not too far from the city centre.
Not overly decorated or furnished but it has what you need. No idea about the shower unit as only just arrived but I imagine it will stand up to its purpose.
