Great looking Hotel with the best customer service. Very good location close to city center, quite area on the river. Within walking distance to train station. I highly recommend the hotel and the executive room, the top floor with free lounge, drinks, snacks were all free, which pays for itself easily and continental Breakfast. Book early and get a good room price.

Hotel is in a great location. The reception staff are polite and friendly. However, the one issue we had over our two night stay was not dealt with satisfactory by any measure. Our room was uncomfortably warm and the air con was going into fault mode every few minutes. It was so warm we didn't get a good sleep either night. We were given a fan by a manager on the first night and he let us know we were lucky to get it. By the time we had checked out, I had highlighted this issue five times and it was still ongoing. Even after we left, nobody contacted us to explain or apoligise, other than the reception staff that we were approaching ourselves. Very disappointing stay, I expected much better.

Beautiful and modern hotel in the heart of Belfast. Public spaces are open, clean and modern, and the staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant and breakfast areas were first class and had a few great Titanic touches. The beds were some of the best I have slept in, and the views of the city and river were amazing.
