This was an alright Courtyard. Just basic and slightly warn down in the room. No fridge and not many plugs. For the price i think it could have been in better shape. Nothing glaringly wrong however and i would stay again if i need to be close to the port or airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. The Guest Service Clerk Natasha was so Awesome. The hotel was clean. It was the perfect area for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The Bistro Clerk was very friendly and nice.

There were major problems with noise coming from a party in the hotel's pool past 11:30 PM at night. The hotel allowed 20 or more people to stay in the pool past the stated 11 PM closing time (the pool is in the middle of the hotel property). When a phone call was placed to the front desk at 11:30 PM about excessive noise still coming from a party happening in the pool, the desk attendant explained that the hotel cannot ask guests to leave the pool area even though it was time for it to close for the evening based on the hotel's own rules. This was an absurd answer for a Marriott employee to give to a guest. I'm all for people having a good time but what about the rest of the guests going to sleep? Hotels have rules for a reason. This is second time we have used this hotel and won't use it again.
