Nice location nice clean room, very warm, water hot. A kitchenette area, not expecting that, and a good surprise, so can make a coffee etc, store a bottle of wine in the fridge. TV, and has English channels. A nice restaurant joined to the hotel, where you eat a nice breakfast, and 20% discount if eating in. A good offer, as Iceland expensive. Bed, pillows so comfy, a must.
The location was the best thing about this place! It was on the main pedestrian road of Reykjavik which is extremely full of people. We requested for an apartment at the back side, and the one we were provided was luxurious, spacious and noise-free even on a Saturday night. It was 110 and 111. We got an upgrade since we requested for both the apartments to be adjacent to each other. The apartment had all facilities including a dishwasher, kitchen, living area etc. They had a cool speaker also. The breakfast was sumptuous, but busy because of high season. We requested for an extension last minute and the staff was kind enough to accommodate. The parking was hard to find because of the central location - they had some slots but all full, so struggled a bit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a very central stay.
Clean and comfy no frills Hotel in the centre of the city. Close to a small supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Staff polite and helpful. We had a deluxe suite which was very roomy.
