Great staff, excellent communication with weird requests prior to arrival. Wonderful public spaces, cozy rooms, great breakfast. Great location, free parking. Excellent treatment of Hilton Diamond members.

I visited Reykjavik during November 2021 and stayed at Hilton Nordica for 4 nights. Clean room and good services all around. The staff were mostly fluent in English (for those travelling from English speaking countries). Our stay included breakfasts at the restaurant inside the hotel which probably were the best meals we had while in Iceland. Also the room included a small coffee pot to boil the water which we made a full use of. The hotel is outside of the downtown area so restaurants around the hotel were so-so but made it up for it by being close to one of the larger public outdoor swimming pools in Reykjavik.
