Beautiful hotel in the heart of Baghdad. Staff are very nice, especially the security guards out front. Most staff speak English. Rooms are very comfortable. The indoor pool is heated. Opt for a poolside room which also comes with a view of the Tigris river. We feel very safe here.

Ac was not working and when you would complain in English they won't understand and start giggling its better not to waste 180$
