They don't understand what is the meaning of word "Bank" Same thing happened to me with the Review of Mr, Hussein Hayder a year ago

unfortunately it is very bad bank, i went there to start a new bank account and create a visa card, all employees dont know how there system works and they kept asking and each one of them is giving a different answer than his/her colleague and that really shocked me especially their laws of loan which made the bank takes more than it deserves and more than any regular bank in any place or spot all around the world. i though we have good banking system with this TBI yet its all fake and i am frustrated from all of this issues. one more thing happened is that an employee kept saying that i am wrong about date of receiving credit card, i told her hay im 110% sure and im not saying that to make you look bad i really dont care of that but im saying that because im sure, she replied no no im sure. there is really no customer care which made TBI looks worst than first time. i do have my regrets about all of these issues yet im frustrated.
