Better than expected. Good service, good layout both the place and the food. Tasteful, worth a visit.

This was the most disappointing meal we had in a long time. We paid as much as in much better restaurants in Western Europe and by local standards it's extremely overpriced. The restaurant has pretentions of haute cuisine it cannot quite deliver on. The courses were consistently OK but comically small, as were the wine pairings, which could have made this a much better experience. The staff were in turn harried and baffled. Mák serves set menus of 4 or 7 courses and for some reason we both needed to have the 4 or the 7, which was bizarre, and the courses (and wines) were much too spaced out for a set menu.
