Unfortunately, there are a lot of people with reduced ability working at this bank, they just can't respond to emails within the given 30-day deadline. Another big problem is that not only can't they write, but they can't even interpret the letters, I already feel like they're doing it directly. moreover, with a customer who pays fairly every month, it seems like such a vile bank who doesn’t like honest, fair people and treats them like that, I can only congratulate Porsche bank for that.
