Slow, inefficient. Total waste of time.
it is the first time in my life that a Hungarian bank treated me like a customer. I was here today, 24. February. And while getting things done efficiently, they were cheerful and had good humour too :) ✌✌
I'd give zero if it was possible, there's a pandemic and in 50 minutes inside the branch I saw more employees going around with coffees and chitchatting then customer served.
You should make people (also mother with a child) go out of the way asap instead of letting them gather at the entrance while you scroll your smartphone.
To avoid for the sake of your mental health.
