Service depends greatly on the person working with you. The guy who opened my account was great, but later I called the bank, and there were a girl who didn't speak English, didn't pass the call to any of her colleagues and decided that hanging up the phone would be the solution! Ona can't require everyone to speak English, but you are a bank, and you can't just hang up on your clients!!
Most ridiculous bank, that I ever seen, personel is treating you however they feel about you. Even they make sarcastic jokes, they take some fees without even letting you know (4k per month for me) whenever you need something from bank you have to spend 1-2 hours there, mobile app is so bad also, I don't really suggest anyone to use this bank at all....
Extremely terrible.Please try to avoid especially if you're third country national
