I love everything here. They have the best breakfast! Staff was exceptionally kind. There are nice large tubs with actual hot water. Beds are on the firmer side, but that's perfect for me. The AC blows super cold air. Clean. Quiet. Good location.
Very disappointed! We checked in late, get into the room and the bathroom was full of hair. It looked like someone had been given a haircut in the bathroom. There were piles of hair. Hair in the floor, hair on the toilet, hair in the tub. My husband went down to the front desk and ask for a broom so we could shower without being covered in someone else's hair. Cleanliness is definitely lacking!! We finally get showered and into bed and the TV didn't work. We've never been so unhappy staying at Holiday Inn.
Will be nice once remodeling is complete. Renting rooms half complete. Very friendly staff but shouldn't have to pay top price for a "in progress " rooms.
