Amazing food and service. We had a very full lunch and all dishes are executed with excellent ingredients and skills. Servers have explained well all the dishes which is a very great experience. My favourite is the fish soup and rice broth and the steamed crab.
Very good canton dining experience.
The drunk crab is a must try! If you’ve ever make drunk anything you will realise getting that aromatic wine to seep through is must harder said than done.
Shrimp done two ways also a show stopper for me. I got the variation with the shrimp cooked in a fish broth.
All in all spent $828 per head in a 4 person dining experience 7 course 2 desserts. All delicious all WORTH IT.
What an amazing gastronomic experience at this restaurant. Can’t wait to go back! Delicious food and excellent service. Just have to book months ahead 😅
