Very friendly staff.
This comfortable hotel offers good value in a great location.
As others have noted, the rooms are small. But they are spotlessly clean, the beds are more than comfortable and on higher floors (I have had rooms on 10F and 18F) street noise is minimal.
Staff are great. I had a medical emergency during my stay and they dealt helpfully and professionally with everything.
The room service menu is limited and expensive but who cares when you have the bars and restaurants of Central, Sheung Wan, and Sai Ying Pun on your doorstep.
Location is excellent. Room are small so dont expect much however service and the staff was super great!! Cost wise is very worthwhile!
