Stayed 14 days for quarantine, the quality of food is excellent. Parcel service is always speedy and the parcel is handed in good condition. 4 stars for room just because there is no sunshine comes inside the room due to building restrictions.
Created the booking in beginning of March for Quarantine in April. Booked quarantine room for 14 days. The hotel Changed the reservation without consulting with us from 14-7 days (acceptable because the government changed the length required for quarantine but would have preferred to choose the first or second week), then the same booking the hotel unilaterally changed the cancellation and change policy well after the room was booked (4 weeks) to not allow any changes or cancellations but took effect 13 days prior to them sending the email. When the reservation was made it was made BECAUSE of the cancellation policy allowing changes and cancellations up to 3 days prior to check in and shockingly enough the hotel then required us to fully pay the cost of the room and now non refundable for a stay that was originally allowing changes and cancellations in the booking agreement. They then increased the room cost significantly for the room Per night by roughly 500HKD per night 4 weeks after the booking was made without any notification. Not surprisingly enough the email to notify of the changes was sent at 5pm on Friday and no staff works in reservations until 9am Monday, however, the full payment of the reservation is now required before Monday or the reservation is automatically cancelled and obviously no ability to contact the reservations department during the weekend.
Did a 2 week quarantine stay there in Feb/March 2022. Brilliant staff, really tried to make our stay easier. But room was very dusty and windows dirty/greasy on inside and out. 10/10 for reception and entertainments staff; 2/10 for housekeeping.
