Its not open for stopovers. No info on this on there page, and no one answered when calling. I left the airport and went to Hilton fitness but they said I couldn’t get in, even though their own homepage said it was open for stop overs. Truly bad service from Hilton. Never again

During a long layover I had the opportunity to utilize the Spa. The staff was very professional and friendly, the equipment was very clean, well maintained and offered everything needed for a good workout. They offered a pool and sauna, but I had not packed swimming gear as I was afraid of the wet clothing in my carry one. However after my workout I discovered in the locker room a hi speed spin dry machine for swimming gear, in order to dry the shorts prior to repacking, so I will take advantage during my next layover. They provided me with a large, clean and practically new towel to use for the shower, and the locker room and shower were very clean and provided soap and shampoo. Overall, great experience to get in a good workout, shower up and be ready to relax during my next travel leg.

Warm, welcoming and professional staff. Extremely clean facilities. The steam room and sauna was a real treat for relaxing before and after a long flight or a long layover at Munich airport. Closer to terminal 2 and about a 10 minute walk to terminal 1. The gym facilities could do a little updating but the cardio equipment is perfect. Cold water and towel included. Would highly recommend for the price.
