Amazing service and friendly staff
The standard of this hotel has decreased all the way to a 0, from when I first stay there 2 years ago, The was roaches in my Room,The front desk staff offer to change my room,which I decided to do, but the Room had a bad smell,So I told the staff the need to clean the carpet and he did,which help with the smell,still will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation due to the uncertainty with Covid 19. I sent in a request for cancellation and was given a full refund. Class Act, next time I go to Guyana I will be sure to stay at the Millenium Manor Hotel.
