For many years my mother NIS pension is deposited directly to this bank. Showed up today to change the ATM card as it is an old one. To my horrors, it took more than an hour. I was told they have no information on file for my mother but they have been receiving her pension! In the first place how was she able to have an account jointly? OMG!
Opening up an account didn't take too long, but you need to make an appointment to do it. They were accommodating to me and got me an appointment before I traveled out of the country.
