This is literally the slowest bank I've ever been to. Sitting in the drive thru line currently, and we have already been here for 45 minutes. They have one teller for both lines which already slows things, and the teller is consistently painfully slow. If you are thinking of visiting here bring a book, card game, lunch, movie to watch etc. You're going to be waiting a hot minute.
Lines out the door with one teller handling customers. Flagged down an employee to tell manager to add another teller, and she ignored it. Stood in line for an hour, then had to renter the line an hour later to stand in line again for another hour with one teller. Also, they don't do wire transfers to all international banks. This is terrible customer service!! No debit card for basic checking. No military benefits, so not military friendly. Take your money somewhere else.
Used to be much better. Now one of the slowest banks on Guam. Lines pretty much streched outdoors even before Covid.
