My father was a loyal customer for many years. He and my mother both passed away last year, and someone stole my dad's ATM card and took $30,000 out of my deceased father's account. While that is not the banks fault, their decision to ignore every request I have made to speak with someone about the issue shows me an extreme lack of honesty, transparency, and character within this institution. That money was insured, and the bank decided to keep the money and ignore all inquiries about it. If you can't trust character, can you trust them with your money?
