Bank of Guam has GONE COMPLETELY DOWN HILL! Since COVID they have been the absolute worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. They limited their hours forcing everyone to rush and come to the bank at the same time, and closing branches forcing people to come to limited sites all at the same time. Waiting outside in line IN THE RAIN!!! THREE TIMES, IN THE RAIN!! The call center is don’t return the call most times. And now having to replace my card, I’ve been WAITING 2 MONTHS!!! The change is leadership has shown to be a catastrophe!!
Very helpful if your lucky enough to get ahold of them, been on a calling line for over 6 hours now and still being the 23rd caller smh, so disappointing.. they have how many staff members working at BOG and you mean to tell me none of them are able to assist the customer service line? Seems they're getting used to forwarding calls to the operating system 🤔😕
While the employees and other staff are friendly and helpful, there seems to be some problems with scheduling enough tellers to meet the needs of the number of customers.
