No customer service, Unable to have his advisor on the phone and not answer emails. When you are not there it complicates things. I don't understand why we have to put a star, 0 would be more meaningful.
Shameful, endless delays for the slightest request whether important, urgent, or not. Never nobody on the phone, forced to go there to do the seating for half an hour to be sure to see someone and despite that it does not progress. "The bank for a changing world" ... lamentable. I have to put a star to publish but I would have put zero. I change agencies and if that is not enough I will have to change banks.
