Clean rooms and helpful staff. On main bus route, close to airport so some aircraft noise. Lovely restaurant serving Middle Eastern food, highly recommended. Standard food also on menu which I did not have. Overall very pleasant stay

Disgusting lack of care for customers!! I checked in at around 3pm today. I said I had an early departure the following morning, and the receptionist said his colleague would have to assist me. This didn't happen, so after dinner I went back to reception to arrange a taxi, but (The same receptionist) referred me to a notice on the wall saying 'Taxis are scarce, book before 6.00pm' So why didn't this receptionist tell me that when I checked in at 3 this afternoon!? Having a sign on the wall does NOT constitute providing good service to customers. I feel they simply don't give a hoot!! The first bus is not early enough to get me to the airport in time for gate closure at at 6:10am So I shall be walking to the airport. You should be ashamed of yourselves La Trelade Hotel!

Went for Tennerfest dinner but tempted to try their Moroccan dishes as very good.
