Starting at look a bit tired, and not equal to the prices they charge. Little things that just let the place down like decor in rooms that looks naff now, fittings getting worn, out of toilet roll in all the ladies loos, garden needs a sweep and tidy. Substantial meals but pricey and would expect that little bit more fineness for the cost.
What an amazing & relaxing staycation! Beautiful place and lovely people. The gin & rum tasting was top notch and the food tasty. Even had the opportunity to try the new delicious Spiced Indica Rum.
Awful customer service. We planned to stay and paid for the room but a week before, the COVID-19 ruling changed for travel to the island. We asked if we could change the date or receive a refund as we could no longer travel through no fault of our own and they completely refused to help. Quite glad I never stayed, although they still have my money and did absolutely nothing to intend on giving it back!
