Stayed for two nights whilst in London to see the Lion King. Good location. First room we were given smelt very musty and they moved us immediately without hesitation. Service excellent throughout. Decor of a high standard. Continental Buffet breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place. Exceptional service. Clean, quiet, well located. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were delightful for our entire 7 night stay. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a lovely stay. The room was quite nice (bed was comfy, we liked the robes/slippers) and we enjoyed the hotel overall a lot. The breakfast was definitely our favorite part. It was so good and a great way to start every day. The staff there were lovely and there was a large spread of options—fresh fruit, yogurt, great pastries, sausage buns and more. We also had Christmas eve drinks in the bar downstairs and our second round of drinks was comped which was really nice. Lovely location as well. It was nice and quiet and made for nice walks to / from places we wanted to go. There are stairs in the building so be aware of that for anyone with mobility issues but was no problem for us.
