I was an outpatient here for gallbladder removal, and my entire experience was wonderful. In at 7, surgery at half 9, went home at 3. The room I was in was very comfortable and completely private, and I really enjoyed the lunch options. All the staff were attentive and lovely, and Professor Toogood was brilliant with making me feel relaxed and comfortable about the surgery.
Just recently had a knee replacement at the Nuffield Hospital, as an NHS patient. The treatment I received was absolute exemplary. Everyone so nice,helpful nothing was too much trouble. Mr Hahnel is such a lovely young man. So down to earth. A big massive thank you to all.
Friendly environment, understanding consultants and staff. Very helpful and supportive experience. Would recommend this and there's no waiting around, they get to the point of your health problem or issues.
