I had an absolutely horrible experience. They diagnosed my car as a clutch problem which cost 2,800 euros. After agreeing to service they said the final cost would be 4,000 euros. I had to negotiate in order to get my car and pay 3,500 euros. As soon as I drove off of the lot I had the same problems and took my car back in. They gave me several excuses that didn't work: - you need to drive 50km - we forgot to plug the fluid - we forgot to reprogram - our computers are down - etc. etc. After filing complaints with Renault they said the real problem is the transmission and would cost over 5,000 euros more. They will not give me a refund. My car has been at the dealership mechanic shop for over 5 months. Mr. Bertrand Corre, the manager, acts very nice to get your money. If there is a problem because of there fault they accept no responsibility. I would never recommend anyone go there.
