I had a nice and friendly welcome at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised to find my room was spacious and has everything I needed, including some little luxuries. Little bottles of conditioner and body lotion were much appreciated. A kettle, fridge, tea and coffee, a bathtub as well as a shower cubicle. There were some stains on the carpet and the table hadn’t been properly wiped down. But for the price, it was a great stay and I would stay here again. Location was very close to the station and shopping centre.

Room clean and fresh. Check in at reception could have been better. We were given the wrong room on checking in. Then when we waited at the bar we were eventually told the bar is closed and to get drinks from the fridge and take them to our rooms. Would have been nice to have been told this on checking in. Otherwise ok.

Zero with hospitality. At 1:26 am when all other WCs are close, if you ask them if we can use their WC… they said need to book room then only WC can be used.
