Great hotel. Very friendly staff, as you would expect with a Marriott. Pretty new, modern and very clean. Everything works. Very extensive breakfast buffet. There's a nice snack bar for after hours supplies (e.g., beer and chips). Only downside is it isn't really close to a metro stop, but other wise it's perfect.

Just a really poor experience. Front Office agents are not helpful and sadly private matters seemed to be more important than being focused on the work and related issues. Contacted the receptionist a few times and none of them seem to be interested on giving me some support (except the night manager) The rooms are overall pretty regular , don't expect great amenities or excellent design stuff. Breakfast is very standard and boring. Also been at the bar for a drink and was hugely disappointed, employees talking trash about the company (loud and clear) and the service was , once again , really poor. I won't be back and for less money I highly recommend go to the next door (motel one).

I cannot compliment the hotel staff enough for their hospitality and care. I was traveling with family for the Berlin Marathon and they all went out of their way to make us feel at home. I have never experienced such high class customer service globally. Anyone planning a trip to Berlin should explore this hotel. I would give 10 stars if I could - especially to the front desk staff. The location is very central. It is a 2 min walk to the nearest metro station and that pretty much connects you every where. The hotel is maintaining great cleanliness during the COVID pandemic and I was really impressed with everything.
