Be careful with Branco do Brasil. We transfered money to an account of this bank. They took the money and blocked it. Claiming for a 10 digit code. Banco do Brasil themselves sent an 8 digit code. At the counter though they claim this code is incomplete. They humilated my mother in Brasil in front of everyone. No one is willing to help resolve the problem and our money remains blocked. Do not send any money to this bank.

Is there a way to give MINUS stars ???????? .. then MINUS 10 !!!!!!!!!!! If you don't believe it, just test the service.

É decepcionante Em horário de atendimento , estou ligando há mais de uma hora, e NINGUÉM atende. Tentei até em alemão, na esperança de ser atendida, vergeblich. Algo muito decepcionante rodeiam esses lugares onde a propaganda e grande, mas o cidadão não recebe consideração, quando necessita de algum serviço oferecido. Que eu nunca mais precise. Obrigada Banco do Brasil, por oferecer um serviço e ignorar seus clientes.
