Quality is good. Customer service speed is extremely slow. Lining up for your order takes longer than preparing your order. 10 customers can be standing inside lining up to place an order and Tim’s employees would stand idle. It takes 20 min to get a 2 minute order I’d avoid this place only because you’ll lose more time than you can afford. They need more staff at busy times to ensure consistency in the speed of service.
Worst tim Hortons in Toronto, there is always a long line and mobile ordering doesn't help you skip it because the clueless students working there will make your food or coffee and hide it off to the side and not call them out. Makes it so that there are 8 people off to the side waiting for stuff thats been ready for 10 minutes and just sitting hiding.
Terrible tasting coffee too, a double double tastes like black. All the workers need to be retrained and told to stop hiding drinks and food and creating artificial lines by standing around.
I bought classic Begal BELT meal awhile ago .
Something taste really bad . Very disappointed.
Spoiled my mood and waste of my time and money .
