Very good welcoming staff. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The only downside was the coffee both in the room and in the restaurant which was complete undrinkable swill. If you are trying to market an reasonable upscale experience, your guests may have the reasonable expectation the coffee will not be some Canterbury level dreck.

We came to Saskatoon for our daughters dance competition. We booked into a horrible hotel that we left (it was so dirty) and the James welcomed us with open arms! We couldn’t have asked for better service! Calm, relaxing atmosphere and great staff!

Where to begin... We heard good things about the sheets and they certainly lived up to that, but their mattress is fantastic as well! We love the staff and services they provide, it is the minimum of what a hotel is expected to provide that the James hotel reminded me of and that I can't recall seeing at any hotel I've stayed at so far! We are a couple that like to change it up with where we stay, what we do, and where we dine, but we have concluded that we will now be staying at the James whenever we can. Couldn't have picked a better hotel for our micro-Honeymoon!
